What exactly do you sell?

Are your products delivered physically?
No, all products are digital and instantly downloadable. Nothing will be shipped to your home.
How do I receive my purchase?
After completing your payment, you'll get instant access to your purchase through either:
• direct download link on the order confirmation page
If you have an account:
• you can access your purchase in the 'Downloads' section of your account
• by visiting a purchased product page you can download your files again
If you don't have an account
you can create a free one with the same email address you used to purchase the product.
What file formats are your products available in?
Most of our products come in PDF, Excel, Notion, Canva, Zip archive or Google Docs formats. Some of them might have an external link to a product page where you can download the files.
Do I need special software to use your products?
Usually, no. Most of our guides and templates work with free tools like Google Docs, Notion, Canva Free, and Excel (or Google Sheets).
Can I use these products for my business or clients?
Yes! Most products come with personal and small business commercial use. However,
reselling or redistributing
the products is strictly prohibited.
Can I customize the templates?
Absolutely! Many of our templates (especially Canva, Notion, and Excel) are fully editable — so you can tweak them to fit your brand or workflow.
I didn’t receive or see my download links. What should I do?
First, check your spam or promotions folder for the order confirmation email.
If you have an account:
